Saturday Shenanigans.
Up down up down
Leggers pump
Up down up down
Bicycle speeds past.
Pictures flitted past
Images swirling by.
Looks at alma mater.
Everything's changed,
and yet everything still seems the same.
Wasn't impressed with the Saturday morning crowd in town.
It's like watching a few surviving strands of hair, on a balding head, dancing in the breeze.
Enough to be fascinated for 5 seconds.
Not enough to have my attention for another 5.
There's a thing about roaming about in shopping centres before their opening hours.
You'll see things that you usually don't see.
People behind glass doors cleaning the tables, rearranging the displays, mopping the floors.
It's like installation art,
popping up in every shop.
To be in a place known for its human crowds and noise,
to be there without the usual buzz seems amazing.
Hustle bustle chop chop
found that a whole new level was dedicated to ART.
Love Bookbinders, Creative Hands.
Love one of the little guys there.
Kohtaroh, aged 5 i guess.
that's what's written on the display.
Will drop by later.
I do most of my shopping before the shops open.
:)
